John Wiscombe, President
A highly-respected veteran of more than 35 years in the travel industry, Wiscombe leads the Faith Journeys team. He has worked extensively in Europe, the Middle East, Asia and Latin America. A lifelong musician, Wiscombe is an accomplished pianist, cellist, trumpet player, organist and choir director. He is fluent in English, French and German. Wiscombe is also President of Music Celebrations International, which he founded in 1993, and serves on the boards of Copper Star Bank, European Cultural Initiative for the Young Generation, Ballet Arizona, Diversified Events, Catholic Choir Tours and Faith Journeys.

Kevin Lee, General Manager
Driven by a passion for business development and tourism, Kevin Lee brings over a decade of experience in the group travel industry to Faith Journeys. His previous positions in the travel industry include working as a Travel Agent, Tour Guide, and District Sales Manager with specialization in European and South Pacific destinations. His fluency in Spanish and considerable aptitude in the global tourist trade bolster Faith Journeys' ability and commitment to delivering the industry leading Faith Travel options to its clients. Kevin enjoys his own personal travel opportunities and has had the privilege of leading hundreds of people to destinations all over the world with his own tour groups. Other interests include the great outdoors, sports, family time and serving in his church and community. Kevin resides in the Phoenix area with his wife, Jenna, and three sons.

Miroslav Bauer, Managing Director, Europe
Based in Zurich, Switzerland, Bauer manages Faith Journeys European operations and strategic acquisitions. Upon completion of his degree in business management, Bauer joined Kuoni Destination Management and served 14 years in various executive management capacities, including Vice President, during which he oversaw all Kuoni European Destination Management offices, the U.S. sales office and the event departments in Switzerland and England. Bauer is also CEO of Q Events & Destination Management AG, a position he assumed in November 2009. Q Events is a subsidiary of Hotelplan, the second largest travel company in Switzerland, and Migros, Switzerland's largest retailer.

Roland Zuehlke, Managing Director
From the Atlanta, GA corporate office Zuehlke provides direction to a team of Faith Journeys program managers and supervises the product development department. Born and raised in Switzerland, Zuehlke arrived in the U.S. in 1987 to complete his studies in New York and launch a career in marketing and advertising. He has held senior positions at Switzerland Tourism and Kuoni Tours and amassed more than 20 years experience meeting the demands of discerning and knowledgeable church and religious groups. His career includes involvement in many large religious events such as the Catholic Jubilee, the 450th Anniversary of Martin Luther's death, two World Youth Days in Rome & Cologne, Charles Wesley's 300th Anniversary and the past two Oberammergau Passion Plays.

Zoe Franciscus, Director of Program Management
In charge of program management, Franciscus draws heavily on her creativity and broad knowledge of European group travel. She was born and raised in Ireland and holds a B.A. in International Marketing and Japanese. Franciscus has worked with prominent international tour operators since 1997, serving in various capacities to include travel executive, salesperson and operations director, during which she acquired extensive knowledge of destinations, attractions and itineraries. In 2006, Franciscus was promoted to Director of Operations for Kuoni Tours in Atlanta, GA, supervising a team of operators focused on the European specialty travel market and overseeing more than 800 group tours annually to Europe and the Middle East. Franciscus has headed up large events such as Catholic World Youth Day in Cologne, Germany and Oberammergau Passion Play.

Timothy Mullner, Director of Program Development
Dr. Timothy Mullner, D. Min. is passionate about adult faith formation and joins the Faith Journeys team with pilgrimage experience to Israel and Europe. As an educator, Timothy has presented throughout the US, Canada, Israel, Italy, UK, and Guam. His work with priests and deacons includes Priest Convocations, Diaconate Formation, and retreats for the National Federation of Priests Councils (NFPC). Timothy holds a Masters in Ministry from Seattle University, and a Doctorate in Applied Ministries/Ecumenical Studies from the Graduate Theological Foundation, IN. With doctoral residencies at the Centro Pro Unione, Rome and Oxford University, UK, Timothy is committed to vibrant parish life that deepens personal faith, supports lifelong faith formation, and develops Christian stewards. He is a contributing author to Continuing the Journey: Celebrating 40 Years of Vatican II. Timothy’s office is in Renton, WA.

Christina Wheeler, Program Manager
Landing a career that combines a love of international travel with a passion for her faith has been a blessing for Wheeler. She holds a Master's degree in Business Administration with an undergraduate in Finance. Her career spans several industries including two major airlines where she held positions in yield management, sales operations, and travel agency incentive programs. Continually active in her parish community, she has served as a lector and an extraordinary minister of the Eucharist, has facilitated bible studies and RCIA classes, and currently, she teaches religion to pre-schoolers. Other interests include family time, tennis, reading, and excursions to explore the people, food, smells, sounds and colors that make up the wonders of God's great world; whether they be in the next town or around the world.

Dr. Caroline Cerveny, Pilgrimage Consultant
Dr. Caroline Cerveny, SSJ-TOSF, D.Min., believes in travel as a way to deepen our understanding of the foundations of our Christian/Catholic faith. As a world-wide traveler herself and experienced leader of faith-based journeys to Israel, Greece, Turkey, Ireland, and Italy, Sister Caroline knows firsthand how to help individuals and groups move from being tourists to pilgrims. Nationally and internationally recognized peritius in faith-based education using social media and technology, Dr. Cerveny has offered workshops and training all over the United States, including Hawaii, and the Caribbean. Besides consulting with a number of Catholic Dioceses on how to incorporate faith-based education using the new technology and social media in working with our youth, Caroline has published in Catechist Magazine, Liturgical Catechesis, Momentum, Today's Parish, and the NCCL Newsletter. Dr. Cerveny received a Master's in Religious Studies from St. Mary's college in Winona, MN and a Doctorate in Parish Revitalization from Chicago's McCormick Seminary. Our pilgrimage story can be told through the means of new media!

Dan Myers, Program Consultant
Faith Journeys is privileged to welcome Dr. Dan Myers, D. Min. into their consulting team. Dan is an alumnus of the American Baptist Seminary of the West, and has applied his previous experience as a senior minister to forming Master Plan Ministries, a company that assists houses of worship with capital stewardship programs. Through his efforts and organization, churches of every denomination have raised more than $500 million for construction, debt liquidation, and missionary efforts. Dr. Myers has also led over a dozen tour groups to various destinations worldwide, and has been a contributing author to Christianity Today and Charisma Magazine. His office is located in La Quinta, California.

Kerry H. Young, Executive Assistant to the President
Young works closely with the President of the company as an executive assistant and advisor. After her tenure at the University of North Carolina at Wilmington, she graduated in Business Management, Marketing, and Spanish, which assists her in organizing group travel and managing the daily affairs of Faith Journeys. Kerry has built a solid career in the travel industry for the past 8 years, and is a qualified traveler herself with experience in many popular destinations overseas.

Donna Cluckey, Account Executive
Recently joining Faith Journeys with over 20 years of involvement in the travel industry, Donna Cluckey offers experience in international travel as well as tourism management. Her inspiration and enthusiasm stem from her talent for exceeding the clients’ travel expectations with both a superior product and exceptional service. As Account Executive, Donna coordinates with the sales team at Faith Journeys to maintain contact with all group travel hosts as well as handling all deposits, payments, questions, and concerns from the customer. She lives in Gilbert, Arizona, along with her husband of 35 years, her three children, and her five grandchildren.

Thomas Payne, Operations Specialist
Payne is principally responsible for drafting and editing sales material for promotional purposes. Faith Journeys specializes in making a custom and distinct travel experience for every congregation that signs up – and Thomas ensures that they each receive brochures, flyers, and slideshow presentations tailored especially to their trip. Ambitions and interests of his include writing creatively for leisure and entertainment, studying Christian doctrine, and sharing the good news of the gospel. His primary goal as Operations Specialist is to ensure that the client’s experience with Faith Journeys is equally professional as it is spiritual.
